- 1 1/4 lb Ground Chuck
- 3/4 lb Mild Pork Sausage
- 2 whole Garlic Gloves minced
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1/4 Yellow Onion diced
- 1 bottle Guinness Draught Beer
- 15 oz black beans rinsed
- 15 oz Mild Chili Beans
- 1 14.5 oz can Roasted Tomatoes
- 8 oz Beef Broth
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 28 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 2/3 disk Ibarra Mexican Chocolate
- 3/4 bottle Natural Northern Foods Cherry Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 1/4 jar Natural Northern Foods Sweet & Spicy Jalapeno Slices measured then diced the juice
- 1/2 tsp Espresso Powder
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
- In a large pot place beef, sausage, garlic, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain off the excess fat and then using a six quart crock pot add together your meat mixture and the rest of the remaining ingredients and cook on low for 3 hours stirring occasionally.
- Serve with shredded Cheddar, chopped onions, avocado, tortilla chips and lime wedges
